The laboratory implements a director responsibility system under the leadership of the council. The director is fully responsible for the development and management of the laboratory. The laboratory hires top domestic and foreign strategic consulting experts to form a strategic advisory committee, and hires well-known domestic and foreign experts and some academic leaders from the laboratory to form an academic committee to provide advisory suggestions for the decision-making of the council. The laboratory consists of research departments, management departments, and support departments.
